All fruits gets a level when being dropped, the level is equal to the level of the monster which dropped the fruit. A fruit can only be used by monsters which have a GV level that is no higher than the fruits level + 5. The long-term effects of fruits remain the same no matter which level the monster is. As such, the effects might seem neglible when fed to a low level monster but appear to be more significant when fed to a high level monster.
